How to Easily Prepare Okinawa Milk Tea

Okinawa Milk Tea is famous for its roasted brown sugar flavours and pairs perfectly with adding Tapioca Pearls. This is a premium instant powder to make your Okinawa milk tea with ease and taste delicious. It is lactose-free powder which has non-dairy creamer to provide a creamy texture without the allergen and instant black tea powder mixed as well for a delicious black tea flavour. Simply pour the our powder mix into a cup, mix with hot water, and stir to finish the drink. You can of course add the delicious tapioca balls or agar balls or other tasty toppings to your liking.

We are making 500ml Okinawa milk tea drinks using Okinawa powder mixes.  Okinawa Brown Sugar Powder has a rich tea flavour along with a harmonious sweetness; the trendy roasted brown sugar taste will make your drinks more popular and inviting. Important to use proper tools. We are using a cocktail shaker or protein shaker for mixing.

Tools

  • Cocktail shaker (for mixing/ shaking)
  • Powder Spoon (for measurement). Our premium powders are securely sealed and designed to be resealable after opening to maintain the quality of the powder. To ensure uncompromised and sanitary usage, powders should be store in a vacuum sealed powder container and always use a dry, clean powder scoop.
  • Mug or Cup (for brewing the tea)
  • Glass or Plastic Cup (for making and enjoying your cold milk tea drinks)

Ingredients

  • 3 spoonful of Okinawa powder mix
  • 1 spoon of non-dairy creamer
  • 150ml of newly boiled water
  • 20ml fructose
  • 50ml cold brewed tea (from tea bags) – black tea works best (assam, earl grey or oolong)
  • Ice cubes (1/3 of the shaker cup)

Process

STEP 1. BREW THE TEA. Simply place the tea bag into a tea cup with 200ml newly boiled water (100 degrees C). The tea should sink into the bottom of the cup. Brew for 10 minutes. Refrigerate before using. (Note that we are going to use 50ml of this brewed tea)

STEP 2.  Inside the cocktail shaker add 3 spoon full of Okinawa powder mix and 1 spoon of non-dairy milk. Add 150ml newly boiled water and melt the powder mixes until all are diluted.

STEP 3. Add the ice cubes, fructose and 50ml of cold tea.

STEP 4. Shake well for 1 minute

STEP 5.  Pour into the cup/glass and enjoy with your favourite toppings.
