English Breakfast tea are very similar to Assam Tea which is mostly used by the shops to create Royal Milk Tea and is also used as a base milk tea for most flavoured milk tea (e.g. Taro Milk Tea, Thai Milk Tea). Also used for fruit tea; perfect for Mango Fruit Teas.
Jasmine Green Tea is very much the base for most fruit tea. Example Lychee Jasmine Fruit Tea is one of our favorites.
